RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Duration of the short film should neither be above 10 minutes nor below 5 minutes.
- Films of all languages are allowed.
- Short films should be compatible in VLC player.
- Any short film showcasing vulgarity will be rejected.
- 2 copies of the film should be sent on or before 15/02/2017.
- Multiple entries are allowed.
- The judges decision will be final and biding.
